Ebony and Maple Key of G Native American Style Flute
This solid and well-balanced flute is crafted from Macassar Ebony. This flute is a gorgeous deep black with dark reddish-brown streaks. This six hole Native style flute in the key of G minor is sectioned, tenoned and inlaid with maple and bloodwood rings, with a maple mouthpiece. It has been line bored from one solid blank and finished with a combination of hand rubbed natural and food safe oils and waxes then buffed to a high shine. The block is crafted from birdseye maple and bloodwood in a nest of maple, and is secured with a lace of strong and supple black elk hide lace.
The flute is adorned with my signature, hand burned "morning star" with an inlaid abalone center directly above the playing holes. The overall length of the flute is 21 inches with a 7/8 inch bore. Comes with a hand sewn fleece bag for storage and protection.
This is one eye catching and attractive flute with a seriously vibrant voice that is sweet and strong. It projects and responds well to any style of playing. Striking in looks as well as sound, this would make a fantastic addition to any collection!

All Tree of Life Flutes are electronically tuned for accuracy. Each is individually voiced for strength and quality of the sound as well as playability. They feature a modest back pressure, play well softly but especially love to be pushed. Each flute I make comes with my concern for your satisfaction in mind. My workmanship and your satisfaction are guaranteed. Comes with a hand sewn fleece bag for storage and protection.
