Native American Style Flute, Osage Orange Key of Em, Tree of Life Designs

Beautiful Native Style flute in the key of Em from Tree of Life Designs. Bored from a solid blank of warm and bright Osage orange wood, and trimmed with fully-tenoned mouth and foot caps of Osage orange with maple and ebony beauty rings. The classic bird/block is made from maple with an ebony core on an inlaid maple nest, and is secured with black deer hide. Finished with multiple coats of hand rubbed, food safe natural oils and waxes.

Below the inlaid nest is a jet stone inlay that centers my hand burned morning star. This nicely balanced flute measures a total of 24" in length with a 1" bore diameter. The flute weighs 12 oz.

Tuned to an E minor Pentatonic scale the voice is warm, responsive, resonant, and beautifully mellow. All of my flutes are currently provided with a hand sewn fleece draw string bag for protection. All flutes are shipped Priority Mail with signature required and insurance.
