I designed this blend to be as potent as it's name suggests, and created it in sacred space during full moon energies, with purifying and clearing intent. When you really need some major cleansing and clearing in your own energy field, as well as that of your home and space, and your regular smudging practices and incenses don't seem to be quite enough, this high-powered blend should do the trick. Protective as well, it can work wonders at cleaning and banishing stubborn spirits, low vibrations, dark energies, attachments, anger/argument and illness/sickness, after guests/parties, anything that simply needs a high-vibration burst of renewal. Made with Palo Santo chips, this main ingredient in Dragon Power is called "Holy Wood" and used by the indigenous peoples of the Andes for centuries for protection, purification, luck, and pain relief. It's heavenly scent is uplifting and healing. The botanical name for Palo Santo is Burseara graveolens, the frankincense tree is a very close relative. Our source for this product sustainably harvests in Ecuador. Palo Santo wood is left on the ground to age for 4 to 10 years from naturally fallen branches. This tree is native to the Galapagos Islands and dry South American forests. It is a valuable tree, protected by the government of Ecuador, which has strict requirements for harvesting. Dragon Power Potent Purification Smudge Blend also includes Dragon's Blood (Daemonorops draco), which is a great neutralizer, protector, and boost to properties of other smudges with which it is paired; Copal (Bursera microphylla), powerfully purifying and protective, and uplifting; juniper/cedar (Juniperus virginiana) for sacredness, grounding, and blessing; and Sweetgrass (Hierochloe odorata) to attract loving, benevolent spirits and healing vibrations post-cleansing.

Smudging with herbs and resins is a tradition as old as time, utilized by peoples of most spiritual and religious traditions. All herbs and resins have individual healing properties, known to our ancient ancestors, and used and appreciated in modern times, as well. Smudge with herbs to purify, clear, calm and neutralize chaotic or unwanted energies. To smudge yourself or another, light the tip and direct smoke (this is typically done with a feather) toward the heart first, then over the head, down the arms and the front of the body. To smudge a home, open windows if possible to allow the room to clear. Walk room to room wafting smoke as you go, say a personal blessing if needed. For objects, waft smoke over object or pass object through the smoke (if small).
