Root End Golden Bamboo, Key of Em, Native American Style Flute Tree Of Life Designs

Native Style flute made from well-seasoned and heat treated golden bamboo from my 2015 bamboo harvest, a heavy walled, root end flute in the key of Em. Features an inlaid nest and mouthpiece from black walnut, with a streamlined style block of walnut with a bloodwood core, complimented with contrasting deer hide laces. The flute features bindings of braided artificial sinew, and a genuine abalone cabochon in my signature hand burned "morning star." It is finished with many coats of a hand rubbed, natural oil and wax finish.

The playing holes follow the natural curve of the bamboo (as seen in the last two photos), providing an offset that is most conducive for a right-handed player, but still accessible for left-handed players. This flute is unique and cool to look at, and showcases the natural look and sound of bamboo beautifully.

This is one sweet player that responds nicely to trills, pops and articulation. Solid and highly resonant voice with a strong volume. With it's natural color variations, this is one stunning looking and sounding flute, perfect for a performer looking for a great stage presence. This flute is 25" in length and weighs 14 oz. The flute comes provided with a hand sewn fleece draw string bag for storage and protection. All flutes are shipped Priority Mail with signature required and insurance.
